office
Since 2013, the office has advised and represented Croatian and international clients — individuals, companies and public-law bodies.
We consider each matter as a whole in order to define the objective, assess the risks and choose the legal route that best protects the client’s interests while using time and resources proportionately.
Our experience spans several fields of law, with a focus on civil, administrative and commercial law. We are particularly active in property relations, real estate and infrastructure projects, corporate reorganisations and transformations, damages, employment and administrative law, and investment protection.
Where a matter requires a multidisciplinary approach, we work with external professionals in architecture, construction, surveying, medicine, tax, banking, maritime affairs and insurance, as well as other relevant fields.

A legal relationship often lasts beyond a single matter. Long-term cooperation allows us to consider new questions in the context of previous decisions, existing relationships and the client’s objectives.
We advise many clients over a period of years, across a range of business and private legal matters. That continuity gives legal advice a broader context and supports a consistent approach.
