The City of Labin has opened a public consultation on the proposed Urban Development Plan for the Mali Kosi tourism development area. The consultation runs from 6 October to 4 November 2026.
The proposal can be reviewed at the City of Labin administration building and on the City's official website. A public presentation will take place at 5 p.m. on 13 October 2026 in the City of Labin's Grand Council Chamber.
Landowners, neighbours and prospective investors should pay particular attention to land-use designations, building conditions, road access, utility infrastructure and the relationship between future development and surrounding properties.
Comments and proposals may be entered in the record during the public presentation or submitted to the City of Labin in writing or electronically by 4 November. An effective comment should clearly identify the property and planning solution concerned and explain its specific effect.
