Data we process
The website has no contact form or user accounts. If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you voluntarily provide in order to respond, assess whether we can accept a matter and provide the requested legal service.
The hosting provider may process standard technical logs, such as IP address, request time and browser type, for security, stability and abuse prevention.
Cookies and external content
Cloudflare sets the security cookie __cf_bm when the site opens to protect it against automated requests. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and operates independently of your analytics choice.
With your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures visits, traffic sources, public pages viewed, approximate location, device information and clicks on phone or email links. The Google tag loads only after consent; advertising tracking remains off. Google sets _ga to distinguish visitors and _ga_64QGFK83TF to retain session state, for up to 180 days. Google processes the analytics data, subject to safeguards for international transfers. We save your accept or decline choice in the browser's local storage for up to 180 days; this is not a cookie. You can change your choice through Privacy settings in the footer.
Google Maps loads only when you ask to display the map; Google's cookies and privacy rules may then apply. External links open at your choice under their providers' privacy rules.
Retention and your rights
We retain data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, compliance with professional and legal obligations and protection of legal interests. Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction and may object to processing.
