The City of Pazin has announced that it received 264 submissions during the public consultation on amendments to its Spatial Plan. The planning consultant and the City are now reviewing them and preparing a report, after which an amended proposal will be produced. The repeat public consultation is currently expected in late October or early November 2026.

A repeat consultation is held when accepted comments or other reasons lead to changes affecting significant planning solutions, such as development-area boundaries, land use, ownership relations or acquired rights. Under the Croatian Spatial Planning Act, the repeat public inspection lasts 15 days and new comments may address only the parts changed from the first proposal.

Anyone who participated in the first consultation should compare the published report with their earlier comment and then review the new maps and plan provisions. Owners and investors should recheck their plot, its land use, access, building conditions and relationship with neighbouring zones. The official notice will set the precise opening date, inspection arrangements and submission deadline.

The announced period has not yet opened the repeat consultation. The current Spatial Plan continues to apply until the amendments are adopted and published.
